The key is an aftermarket key, it will be different than your current OEM key. It will be longer but will still work fine in your ignition or lock.
The key you receive may be of a different brand or head (bow) shape than the one pictured.
Places to look for your bike's key code:
1. Stamped on the original OEM key.
2. To find the key code of your scooter, you can check two places. Firstly, on the gas cap stem, you will find a 6-digit number. The last three digits of this number is the key code. To view the code, you need to remove the gas cap. Secondly, you can check the back of the helmet lock, not the frame mounting tab for the helmet lock. You will have to remove the tamper-proof screw and detach the helmet lock to view code.
3. Check the original owner's manual or paperwork. It's risky to use a code found in the original owner's manual, as there's a chance it was entered incorrectly by the dealer or the previous owner.
Returns: I am unable to process returns if an incorrect key code was provided at the time of ordering. Once a key has been cut, it has no value for me. In case the key does not work, please provide a picture indicating the source of the key code to verify its accuracy. Additionally, if the lock is damaged, a refund cannot be issued. If the error is on my part, I will refund the purchase price along with the shipping costs, including return shipping.
