This lovely heart pendant has two natural rubies and 1 natural diamond set into a graceful 14 karat yellow gold heart.  The pendant measures 7/8" tall and 3/4" across.  It weighs 1.8 grams.  It is marked 14K for 14 Karat gold.  It is also marked with possibly a maker's mark C1? or Cl.  There is a tiny chip in the corner of the diamond which can only be seen with magnification.  Overall, this pendant is in great vintage condition and would make a wonderful gift.
