Here is a vintage Number Please Game.  You write a phrase and the other player picks tiles which each have point values on the back.  They try to guess your phrase just like Wheel of fortune.  Complete, including crayons, except I had to replace one tile that was missing (see pic).  Some writing on inside of box and some taped corners.
