Firstly get wet by warmish water, then foam up with soap, use preferably olive oil soap or also you can use shower gel. Then apply it to your body without pressing too much and soap all your body, after soaping rinse with water.
After shower you can fell smooth and clean skin. If it's too dry you can use moisturising lotion
