**The decals go on the outside of window. Step 1: Rub over decal with credit card to push out any air pockets and to make sure it sticks together in step 2. Step 2: Pull paper backing from decal & transfer tape carefully & slowly at a sharp angle. Step ok hi 3: Evenly apply decal to surface and rub over to assure adhesion. Step 4: Remove transfer tape slowly and carefully away from decal & surface at a sharp angle.**
