Descripción:
- Óleo sobre lienzo. Boceto de la Catedral de Ávila, por López Guntin.
- José López Guntin (1929 – 1996) pintor gallego. El óleo y el pastel fueron su principal materia plástica. Realizó varias exposiciones a lo largo de su vida.
- Como se observa en las fotografías, en la parte trasera hay una reproducción de una fotografía de un cuadro de López Guntin que se corresponde con nuestro boceto.
- Se adjunta un documento sobre la relación de exposiciones que realizó el pintor en cuestión a lo largo de varios años. Se señala una en concreto del año 1957, probablemente donde estuvo expuesto el cuadro.
- En la parte delantera del cuadro hay una placa identificativa con el nombre del autor y el título del cuadro.
- La calidad artística y de ejecución es muy buena. El trazo es de grueso medio lo que le proporciona gran viveza al boceto.
- La pintura está realizada con diversidad de colores vivos y con gran soltura en el trazo.
- Los detalles del boceto y el manejo de los colores, son realmente magníficos.
- El marco y la placa son de época, y se realizaron explícitamente para este cuadro.
Conservación y desperfectos:
- El cuadro se conserva en muy buen estado. No necesita limpieza.
- El marco tiene pequeños roces insignificantes.
- El óleo no ha sufrido agresiones externas como humedad, ataques de insectos, roedores, etc.

Description:

- José López Guntin (1929 - 1996) Galician painter. Oil and pastel were his main plastic material. He held several exhibitions throughout his life.
- As can be seen in the photographs, on the back there is a reproduction of a photograph of a painting by López Guntin which corresponds to our sketch.
