Hanover Black Blucher Brogue Dress Shoes 12.5 US 12 UK Laser Cut.  The holes go all the way through. 

Outer shell is conditioned and supple.  No cracks, much life left.  Some minor scuffs here and there, which I'm sure would get cleaned up with a good polishing.

NO SIZE LABEL, but from comparing measurements to charts, they seem to be a US 12.5, UK 12, EU 45/46.
