Sweat type vest zips up and fits under the bust, it is meant to fit tight to make you sweat, can be worn under or over clothes. This seems to run smaller than size is I would say a Large would be better fit
it has never been used and did not come with a tag but in a plastic sealed bag, it does have a strong smell when opened so it would need washed before worn.
