Fund raising event for H. R. H. Christian's Homes for

Disabled Soldiers and Sailors.

This well produced book has 31 full page colour plates

printed one side only on good weight paper,  These include

Boer War Scenes, mounted cavalry regiments and 12 studies

of Indian Army officers.   There are in addition stories by

Guy Boothby and Walter Besant.

The light coloured boards are rather dusty and with some

wear down the spine strip.  Internally there is some staple

rust which which does not encroach onto the plates,

otherwise the contents are very good, bright and clean.

Clearly quite scarce: I can find just three examples on sale

at the moment, priced between £230 and £420.

Postage is charged at what it costs me.  I can only apologise

for the non-UK prices.  Recent increases are wrecking my

overseas business!

 

Combined shipping on multiple purchases will usually

lead to good savings.  Please feel free ask for a quote for

sending multiple copies to your destination before bidding.
