PAMELA GREEN
FIVE STUDIES by HARRISON MARKS

(Please do note: these are NOT digital reprints but
original real photos.)

Pamela Green (1929 to 2010) was one of the leading lights of the
British glamour industry.  In her late teens she worked as a figure
model to pay for her art school fees, working with all the London
based great names of figure photography.  In the late 1950's she
entered a personal and professional relationship with Harrison
Marks, creating Kamera Publications and bringing a more
sophisticated and polished approach to what was sometimes a
rather seedy business.  For a fuller account of her career do
look at her Wikipaedia entry.

In the 1980's and 1990's I had one of the leading businesses
dealing in vintage pin-up and glamour publications and in
1992 I was approached by Pamela with an offer of exclusive
sets of photographs which she was printing herself from
negatives she had kept, using the studio she then shared
with her husband, photographer Douglas Webb, in their
home on the Isle of Wight.

So, here's a chance to own photos of (in my opinion)
the loveliest of the post-war glamour models, produced
in very limited quantities by her own fair hands!
I am listing a several sets on ebay today.
