Vintage Cast Iron Horse Hitch and Rider. Possibly Kenton Hubley. I believe it’s a Kenton but not 100% certain.

There is also some initials carved in, maybe (see photos).

I’m not sure the years but most likely 1970’s reproduction. Has some rust due to age. Also some wear in general, slight scratches on the horse. Maybe some paint wear also. I think it’s missing the chair or carriage itself where the rider is supposed to sit. Maybe missing a wheel that goes on the right foot of horse.
