I would rate it at 6 out of 10. Filter has been used. It has some signs of cosmetic wear on the metal ring from use, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Glass looks OK, even thought I see some scratches. Damage is minor and scratched is only glass coating. It has no affect on lenses performance.
