For your consideration is a fine antique Chinese carved jade rooster shaped incense burner on a wood base. It measures 6 7/8" tall to the tip of the finial (8 1/8" on the base) by 8" wide from beak to the tail. It is in pretty good preservation antique condition as depicted on the posted photos (there is just a chip on the one of the claws and normal marks like on any antique hand carved piece).
