This is a choice, crisp uncirculated, "Fifty Piastres" note from the "Central Bank of Egypt". This type was first issued in 1994. This one is dated December 25, 2003.

Face: Date ٢٠٠٣ / ١٢ / ٢٥ • 2003/12/25 • ١١٨٦١٣١ • 1186131 (in Arabic) • Green on multicolor underprint. Al Azhar Mosque in Cairo, it was dedicated in 972 A.D.
Back: Ramses II. He ruled circa 1279 to 1213 B.C. and is regarded as the greatest of the Egyptian Pharaohs. Watermark: Mask of Tutankhamen.
The Note: A near perfect example, this one never got used. It has no folds, tears or holes. The note will be sent in a new currency holder that protects it. As grading is subjective, please see the pictures and judge for yourself.
