Lovely, heavy pair of Victorian, brass candlesticks

There is no Registration Design Number 223580 but these candlesticks with the faceted band of diamonds, were made in honour of Queen Victoria's long reign

Very nice condition. One of the candlesticks has had a small knock to the foot and another to the rim. Both push ups are there but need a bit of oil to get them working again. Please examine photos carefully as these are part of the condition description
