All the item(s) you see in the picture(s) is\are the actual item(s) you will be getting. Every item we have goes through a full testing before we put it in the market. We describe and take pictures of the good and bad we find during testing. Just like our customers we neither like surprises.

Regarding shipping, we use a private carrier to do our freight delivery, but we only offer 200 miles free shipping from the items' location. If you need shipping beyond this range, then we ask you to please ask for a shipping quote before you commit to buy. These are heavy and fragile items depending of your area and distance it might require an extra charge for shipping. As soon we get your request for quote we will respond as soon as possible to help you make a final decision.   

Any shipping or delivery on these items is just to the entrance of the first-floor of your residence or building or office. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from that point forward. The carrier will do quick test to make sure you got the right item, and working as describe. Total eye-care solution

• Some display manufacturers rely on a technology called Pulse Width Modulation, PWM to control backlight illumination on their displays. This can cause viewing discomfort over time.
• BenQ ZeroFlicker Backlight technology delivers even, consistent backlighting to ensure comfortable viewing over time.

Low blue light technology

BenQ's Low Blue Light Technology reduces blue spectrum light emissions, which can cause eyestrain and eye fatigue over time.

Enabling touch functionality on the RP653 is as easy as connecting a USB cable. No drivers to install, no settings to change, just simply connect the supplied USB cable from the computer to the display and you are ready to touch-interact with content from any supported operating system.

*Mac OS: 10.6 to 10.9 Supported. It is recommended that screen calibration be performed before using the IFP to ensure proper touch functionality on OS X 10.10. Please contact BenQ for the required calibration utility.
