Der Versand der Ware erfolgt nach Zahlungseingang auf meinem Konto, die Ware bleibt bis zu vollständigen Bezahlung mein Eigentum. Die Losbeschreibung erfolgt nach bestem Wissen, sollten Sie widererwartend einen Grund zur Klage haben, so mailen Sie mich bitte an, wir werden bestimmt einen Weg finden.
PRIVATVERKAUF: Eine Garantie wie sie nach der neuen EU-Richtlinie/Gesetz für Gebrauchtwaren festgelegt wurde (12 Monate auch bei privaten Kaufabwicklungen)kann ich als Privatverkäufer nicht gewähren. Gewährleistung, Garantie oder Umtausch sind daher ausgeschlossen. Sollten Sie diese Bedingungen nicht akzeptieren, so bitte ich Sie von einer Gebotsabgabe abzusehen.

Postage at the buyer's cost risk.
Postage and packing to other countries will be stated by separate mail.
The stated standard postage fee is only valid for Germany.
The goods will be sent after payment has been credited to may account, the goods stay my property until they have been paid for in full.
The description of the goods is according to best knowledge, if you should have any reason not to agree with the description, we can surely find a suitable solution.
This is a private sale: I cannot make a guarantee as a private seller as per the new European Guideline (12 months also for private deals)
