preliminary patch test; with alcohol clean a small test area either behind the ear or in the fold of the elbow. Apply small amount of the colouring product to the area, repeat three times, leave to dry and wait 48 hours before rinsing off. If there are any signs of irritation, swelling or itching, do not use the product. You should do the test each time you dye your hair.
