This is a water slide decal sheet from Peddinghaus Decals.

Part A: The black and yellow safety marking is used to prevent accidents in the machine areas such as elevators, conveyor systems, cranes, automatically closing gates, lifting platforms, but also with loading ramps. Further examples can easily be found by observing corresponding systems.

Part B: According to the road traffic regulations, the red and white safety markings must be attached to facilities in public traffic areas, to vehicles and barriers. The same marking is desired on private property open to the public.

Marking of vehicles from the municipal transport and road maintenance departments as well as construction vehicles and delivery vans, marking of the clearance height and possible width at bridges or construction sites, marking of buildings, masts, barrier booms, boundary posts, etc. Beacons and signs to indicate the course of the road can also be produced.

Since November 16, 1970, only red and white markings have been used in public traffic. Before this date, black and white, black and yellow or red and white stripes could be found, some of which are still attached today and will gradually disappear.
