Federal Practical Housewares 10 ounce syrup dispenser with a chrome mechanical lid by Federal Tool Corp and a Bakelite bullet- shaped easy-grip handle.  The finger trigger intentionally stops midway for a slower pour and extends to a stop when pulled with a little more force for a faster pour.  Chrome lid has corrosion underneath but the piece has not been used for the past 20 years as its purpose was for display.  No chips or cracks to the glass or Bakelite handle which, by the way, unscrews directly from the chrome lid piece.  Pulling this from my personal collection!
