and are not to be confused with the reprints issued in a self-adhesive format
in 2005. From 1993 to 2001 the stamps are perforated water-activated stamps.
For the last 3 years beginning with 2002 the stamps are self-adhesive.
Each Plate Block is Mint, Never Hinged (MNH) with well intact
original gum and with no known fault.
