Shipping Terms:
We ship all items within 1 business day of
receiving your payment.
We use both USPS and FedEx, to make sure your item arrives quickly and to help save you
money.
We reuse shipping boxes and packing materials
for many good reasons.
Tracking is uploaded on all orders and can be
found in your order details page by the next business day.
A small surcharge may apply to your order shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. (Sorry, but it just costs more to ship
there!)
Please ensure that your address is
correct in both eBay and PayPal before completing your transaction; this will
help to avoid delays and complications in shipping and delivery.
Return Policy:
We accept returns on most items we carry.
To be eligible for refund, returned items must
be in the same condition they were received by you to be eligible for a refund.
If your item is not in that same condition, we
will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis upon your request.
We do not accept opened software, DVD,
Blue-ray or other media returns under any circumstance.
Please contact us if there is an
issue with any of these.

new and each item is inspected to the extent it can be. We endeavor to note cosmetic
packaging flaws, if they exist, in the description. We respond honestly and
promptly to customer inquiries, including after the sale. Warranties are not
offered. Returns within 30 days are handled as noted above.
