Case is in good condition. Case has some scratches from use. Most of them are around the edges. But it looks good. I don't see anything damaged. Case will protect your lens from moisture and impact damage. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
It was made for 80-200mm f2.8 lens.
