From what I gather about this release, this one looks like a 1966 mono MGM Custom Press reissue. This has the red/purple labels. The jacket is very good. Fairly clean images on the covers. The spine is very legible but has some wear at the center where the title is. There is some cracking along the top edge. There is a thin hole punched in the bottom left corner. The original company promo sleeve is in very good shape with minimal discoloration and just the beginning of a split along the bottom. The vinyl is very good. It certainly has some light scratches and scuff. Nothing that I could detect effected the playback. I have cleaned and played this many times because it had been playing with some heavy surface noise. It plays much better but there is still some evident crackle. No skips, pops  or repeats.
