VTG 60s Wine Colored Velvet Cape Sleeve Dress
Vintage 60s wine colored velvet dress with cape sleeves and bottom ruffle in good vintage condition.
Dress also has a tie on belt, but it looks to have been shortened on both ends by being folded and resewn.
There are a couple of small fabric snags on the front left shoulder area and a few under the neckline.
There is a small spot that looks like green paint on the back right sleeve edge and a hole on the back right waist / hip.
There are more fabric indentions or snags at the back neckline, both sides and a few on the back bottom left skirt.
The zipper on back is coming loose a bit on both sides, mostly the right side.
There is a partial fabric hole or tear on the back lower right side.
Zipper may be slightly sticky and there might be other light spots or snags that weren't noticed.
