Our carabiner snap hooks are made from 316 A4 marine grade stainless steel. So they are ready for the most harsh salt water environments.
If you require these for heavy lifting or climbing purposes , I would recommend obtaining CE / UIAA certified carabiners. Ours are not certified.
These are perfect for animal leads, hanging, crafts, sports, DIY, key rings, lanyards etc....
