Notes on fitting:
Pairing: where commas are included in the size that's because they are optimised to run with another ring size - generally speaking it only matters when going up, so most inner doubles are not paired and we've left them blank.
Arms: some 5 hole chainsets only have 4 arms where the fifth hole bolts to the back of the crank-arm, in effect this equates to where the pickup ramps/pins, drop pin and countersinking sit on the ring.
