Here we have a license plate topper that features the "Spirit of St. Louis" Airplane and "Charles Lindbergh". This also commemorates the visit of plane and pilot to Spokane, Washington on September 21-25 of 1927 at "Historic Felts Field". Charles was a guest at the Historic Davenport Hotel during his short visit. The visit was his "Round Robin" tour thru the United States after he returned to New York from Paris, France.

Charles Lindbergh was the 1st one to make a solo flight across the Atlantic Ocean, just 4 months earlier than this Spokane visit. He was the most decorated pilot in history even up to this day. You will see one picture that has the license plate attached. It is for display only. You are buying just the topper by it's self.

The silver used on the topper is actual aluminum that has been ground to a powder. Also the brown color is actual copper that has been ground to a powder, mixed with a clear enamel and screen printed on the custom cut aluminum sign blank, then clear powder coated, making it look like a porcelain sign, and intended to be long lasting. This product is NOT a reproduction, but was designed by Jerry Turner; owner of Nostalgic Reflections, where we claim ALL RIGHTS to the art work used in making this License Plate Topper. 12/15/2017 Part Number LTL-0001
