This is a hardcover red leather bound gilt edged pages. There is a sewn in gold satin bookmark. There is a spot in the front of one of the pages. There is also a few scratches to the gold gilt page edges. Please see all of the pictures.

Towards the back of the book the inner folds are more prominent starting to open.
