Booking Information:
Purchase the number of nights and after the purchase is confirmed I will make the reservation and send you a confirmation. Include in the purchase request the full name and address of the person checking in. This is the name that is used on guest confirmation.
Reservation details
You will be a guest of a VIP owner. NO timeshare tour or presentation required.
The final bid price is the total price you pay. All taxes and other fees are included.
The primary guest on the reservation must be at least 21 years old with a major credit card (required for security deposit)
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Check-in time at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
Confirmed Paypal account required for purchase.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning the bid.
Confirmation and check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please provide the check-in guest name and address for the guest certificate. Note there is a $99 fee to change the guest name after the reservation is made.
