After receipt of the 15% Deposit, please allow 4-8 weeks for production - this is also the standard waiting time.
In case of stock goods (please inquire before completing the purchase), goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a freight forwarder to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 GBP within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at customer request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in advance when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (in this case the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least GBP 45.00). Or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
