1 bag seal was broken when I went to list this.  A bag with 2x4s and 2xothers and some plates.  All pieces are new and I was able to check by instruction inventory that all pieces from this broken bag are accounted for.  If you have a question about this, dont hesitate to ask.  Checklist is pictured. If its unclear, Ill repeat, this has all the same content of a sealed set, the box just isnt sealed.  7 sealed bags, 2 plates, mint instruction and Architecture sheet.  1 unsealed bag with all pieces that should be inside accounted for.

Box is in decent shape with a few side labels.  7 lego bags are sealed and look perfect, an 8th bag has all contents, and the instructions and 2 plates are in excellent shape.
