After receipt of the 15% deposit, please allow 4-8 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.
In the case of goods in-stock (please inquire before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a freight forwarder to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 £ within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please find out more before purchasing. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address. A two-men moving team is available upon request.
Basically, we offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered upon customer's request. You can pick up your new purchase directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 £ will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 £ in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
