Art deco piece of rose glass with a Vintage hand painted Lady on a rock Reading.

All I know about this is it was painted in 1980. The detail is amazing.

The class appears to be cut out but NO SHARP EDGES. I don’t know if it was a bottle or art glass. There are numbers or letters on the back but I can’t read them
