For its full line of automatic drywall finishing tools and accessories, LEVEL5 Tools, LLC. ("LEVEL5") offers a full seven (7) year warranty to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
- The Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from its use.
- The Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, negligence, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.
- All shipments to the LEVEL5 facility must be freight paid. LEVEL5 reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by under the Warranty.
- Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.
LEVEL5 will cover the shipping costs for all orders across the continental USA. Orders delivered throughout the continental USA will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located in relation to our headquarters in Kansas City, KS.
The "Continental United States" refers to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the other U.S. territories and military posts.

The 10" and 12" standard capacity flat boxes is the most common pairing of flat boxes that we sell. Standard capacity flat boxes are very versatile for finishing flat and butt joints on walls and ceilings. Most finishers start with standard-sized boxes, as they are a little easier on the shoulders for ceiling work. When you get comfortable with them, you might want to expand your set with some MEGA capacity boxes for walls (less trips back to the pump!).
Typically, the 10” box is used for the initial tape fill coat and then the 12” box is used for the final coat. The larger size leaves a nice feathered finish that requires very little sanding.

LEVEL5 flat boxes feature a premium grade aluminum housing that has been anodized for extreme durability and easy cleaning. They are fitted with a flexible brass blade holder and a stainless steel blade, as well as stainless steel skids and shoes. A crown adjustment dial provides 5 settings, so the ideal amount of compound can be dispensed on the wall to ensure consistent, professional results.
LEVEL5 flat boxes have a premium composite pressure plate seal and beveled edges on the box housing ensure easy open and close. The pressure plate itself also opens extra wide for easy cleaning. They are also outfitted with non-marring wheels with durable bearings for ultra-smooth operation.
MEGA boxes hold 25% more joint compound versus standard boxes which makes the 7” MEGA box particularly useful when applying mud-heavy base coats to taped seams.In a 7”/10” flat box combination, a 10-Inch box is used for a second fill coat.

This set includes the 40 - 62” extendable flat box handle, which is the most common length.
The LEVEL5 flat box handle is also compatible with the flat boxes of most major manufacturers.
