We may request buyers to provide digital pictures due to damage/defective product for return/exchange reason, this can help us to find the best solution to buyers and ensure to give customer a smooth and faster transaction. We will provide you a separate email address for you to send us a picture since ebay email system can not attached with pictures
All returning item will need to obtain authorization from us. We will not process any returns without the authorization.
