After a few years in the aftermarket parts industry, I understand the frustration people have toward automotive part retailers. Nothing is ever on the shelf, and even if it is, it's horribly expensive. Well, problem solved, all of my parts are on the shelf and ready to go. Listing is for one brand new reproduction MD746446 Hub & Sleeve assembly for the CD9A/CE9A Evo 1-3. This is to suit 36 tooth single synchro fifth gear and reverse brake. Please count the synchro teeth to confirm. 

The original Evo parts have been discontinued for a very long time, so I have reproduced the hubs and sleeves for the early Evo W5M33. These are entirely made from forged steel, like the original Evo parts. They are not a powdered metal hub, as per the later MD747652, which superseded MD746446.

Please note: You will need 3x Synchro Key MD72777 and 2x Synchro Spring MD742441. These are still available new from Mitsubishi or you can re use your old keys and springs (I do recommend replacing these parts as well however).

In addition, these parts are finished with an ISF post processing prior to shipment, so handling time may be ~3 days.
