We offer 2-4 day turnaround time for initial diagnostics, which checks for problems and possibly even repair the problem. Please note: Some jobs will require more time and labor, and depending on the problem, there might be additional costs. 24-48 hour priority service is also available upon request. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, or just want to check in on the status of your repair, please feel free to contact us.
All of our repairs have a 90-day warranty. If we did not fix the problem, send it back! We will fix it again!
If in any case we cannot fix the problem, we will contact you via email or phone. You will then be refunded, minus $20 for return shipping.

After Purchasing the Listing:
1. Write us a quick note that includes your name, eBay username, phone number, email address, full address to ship back to, and a brief description of the the soldering work that you are requesting us to do.
2. Securely package the item and make sure that it will be secured from dents and drops during transit. Ship only the item that needs the soldering work done on it. We will not be liable for anything else that is included with system, such as chargers, or special boxes. Make sure that the packaging does not declare the value of the item.
3. Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Make sure to insure the package as well. We will not be liable for packages that were damaged because they were poorly packaged, or for packages that were lost in transit. Please also send us the tracking number for the package so that we can follow up on its delivery.
4. Upon arrival of your item, we will perform diagnostics and proceed with the necessary repairs. If there are any problems, we will contact you before taking action.
5. We will then package and ship the item back safely to you. Return shipping on us!
