Jomelop G - Traditional Natural Herbs Extract Balm for Burn and Scar - 50gr.

Jomelop G is a specially formulated fat for external use whose active component consists of ethoreal oils and medicinal herbs of standardized quality. The very pronounced anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, painkiller and astrigent effects of the preparation are complemented by the use of unrefined bee wax and olive oil in the formulation of its base. These carriers prolong the effect of preparations at the place of application, provide a favourable environment for the healing process, and thanks to their chemical composition (high concentration of biofenol, vitamins, phytosterol), they also affect the overall pharmacological effect of phytopreparations.

COMPOSITION: 

Jomelop-G presents a dispensed extract of herbs from the last harvest in semi-strong fatty base of beeswax and olive oil.

EFFECT: 

This balm is intended for healing wounds on the skin of the face and body, caused by the effects of various agents (fire, chemicals, physical effects, etc.). It is applied to second and third degree burns, i.e. in injuries where the skin is covered in blisters or destroyed in wounds of different origins.

METHOD OF APPLICATION: 

The person who indicates assistance must perform a good hand washing first. By washing, water with hands is picked up with sterile gauze and disinfected using alcohol disinfected (70% ethanol).

Clear the area around the wound about 5cm wide with gauze soaked in diluted alcohol. The wound is washed away by 3% hydrogen solution and in heavier cases (where the skin is removed) and sterile physiological solution. If there are blisters on the burned skin, they should be pierced with a sterile needle and from them gently pressed the spinal cord (liquid) and erased with diluted alcohol.

On quadruple sterile gauze, slightly larger than the size of the wound, with a sterile spatula (knife) a layer of balm about 12 mm thick. Put this prepared gauze on the wound, so that the balm layer is in direct contact with it. In order for balm to stay in close contact with the wound, it needs to be bandaged without tightness or attached with a band-aid, therefore as it is more comfortable.

After the balm is placed on the wound, the pain begins to be lost, so that in a relatively short period of time disappeared.

After every 24 hours, repeat the whole process with a new sterile gauze. Wound healing is limited and the coating of the mole is limited to an balm healed part of the wound. The overgrown part is more of a balm.

When the wound heals, that is. When the skin is caught, further therapy continues with the balm "Jomelop – E", as follows: a tampon of silk or a gauze blunt lychee coated so that the young skin is constantly under the influence of balm. To do so until the redness is completely gone. With the application of the balm "Jomelop – E" should continue until the skin is normalized.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS:

No adverse side effects have been observed in the implementation so far.
