Model is imperfect and may have paint flaws, bent or twisted masts, missing parts, parts that have been re-attached or other defects. Ship models in this scale are small and dimensions are proportional to those of the real ship. Models thus vary between less than an inch (WWII era patrol boat) to approximately 10 inches (WWII era fast battleship or aircraft carrier). For example, the length of the real RMS Titanic was 882 ft 9 in (269.1 m). In 1/1250 scale, a model of RMS Titanic measures approximately 8.5 in (21.5 cm).
