Neither shows signs of having been installed and I've powered them up and checked all the knobs/buttons work. One of them has been opened up (see pics) so I've listed it as refurbished but I do not know what has been done, if anything. The other has not been opened, the security labels are still intact.

Otherwise these appear as new, "seller-refurbished" is the closest ebay option, I'd suggest ex-demo might be better. No PSU, mains (IEC) cable or mounting hardware included, just the rack unit.
