Up for sale is a brand new sealed radeon HD 5450 PCI edition originally bought for an IBM server which was unfortunately decommissioned. I guess it is the most power full VGA you could use in your PCI computer.Note that it needs PCI spec 3.0 with 3.3v signal.I also have a power color edition in open box never used,still in box.Please choose which even you may prefer.
