Great looking short sleeve vintage sweatshirt. Heathered blue with dark blue ringer. Its in pretty great condition- upon very close inspection you may see some light discoloration but the heathered coloring makes it very hard to see.

Great academia from the 60s/70s. Made in USA

Tag says 38-40 it does have stretch as its a tri-blend, cotton, poly and rayon, but it looks to run more like a small.
