Very rare headlight washer system, vacuum operated and set up to spray fluid on headlamps while brushes clean the headlamps. Some Chrysler products and 71 dodge chargers and super bees if equipped with option j24 I believe. May have been an option on 69 caprice with hidden headlamps also. Numbers on units are 3431300-44037b right and 3431301-44037b for the left . I believe the pictures will be self explanatory, if need more or questions let me know.
