New old stock vintage blue and white striped dress. 50/50 cotton polyester blend, made in Canada by Tradition (Sears). Fabric is fairly lightweight and semi-sheer in bright light. It is unlined. Estimated era: 1980s to early 90s.

This dress has cap sleeves, a scoop neckline, embroidered insignia appliques on the chest, easily removable shoulder pads, elasticized waist and thread loops for a belt (none included).

Unworn, unwashed condition with partial store tag still affixed.

Will hit a bit about mid calf on most. Size on tag: Medium. There is no stretch to the fabric, just the waist. Approximate measurements, taken flat:

Armpit to armpit: 19.5"
Cuff to cuff, across the front: 22"
Waist across front and doubled: 24" unstretched to 38" fully stretched
Waist to hem: 28"
Hips across front and doubled: 42"
Top of middle of shoulder to hem: 42"

Mannequin is 5'10, XS.
