The maximum print size is 29.2cm x 29.2cm. Front designs may be smaller on the smaller sized t-shirts so the design doesn't wrap around the body.

 Bare in mind the wider your image/text will mean less height when scaled up (1 word will be taller than 3 words).

If you DO NOT specify the colour vinyl you want your text pressed in, we will press the closest match we have.

If you DO NOT specify the sizings, spacing and layout of the contents we will press as written or best seen fit if that's not possible.

If your message contains emoji you will receive the emoji as an outline/block image in the same colour as text (exceptions apply)

To prolong the life of the vinyl print we recommend washing the T-shirt’s inside out, at a low temperature.

The prints can withstand tumble drying but the less you do it the longer your shirt will stay looking new.

 

 

As this is a bespoke service no refunds will be given unless the product is damaged upon arrival or an error on our part.

 

WE WILL NOT refund late delivery, the expected delivery date is a guide only and can
take up to 12 working days to arrive from dispatch.

 

If your parcel has not arrived once the 12 days have passed we will offer a refund or replacment.

 

Royal Mail working days are Monday - Saturday.

 

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days (Mon - Fri) of being placed,
check your order details for the dispatch timeframe.

 

Once dispatched order's typically take 1-5 days to arrive for Royal Mail 2nd class and 1-3 for 1st class.

(Royal Mail working days are Monday - Saturday)

As stated in the "Returns and refunds" section during busy periods this can take up to 12 working days. Be aware of this when buying.

We do not provide tracking info, the number shown is eBays reference as we purchase postage via them.
