Description
This is a choice, crisp uncirculated, "Lima Puluh" or 50 Sen note from the "Bank" of Indonesia. It was issued in 1964.
After World War II Indonesia had declared itself independent from the Dutch and elected Sukarno the first President. Like many Javanese people he only had the single name. This note was issued while he was in office. He served until 1967.
