Nose Ring Instructions

1. Clean your hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, or use hand sanitizer, to ensure they are clean before touching your nose or the nose ring.

2. Clean the area: Use a cotton ball or pad soaked in rubbing alcohol or an antiseptic solution to clean the outside of your nose, particularly the nostril where you plan to insert the nose ring. This step helps minimize the risk of infection.

3. Position yourself: Sit or stand in front of a mirror, ensuring you have good lighting and a clear view of your nose.

4. Put on clean gloves: Wearing gloves adds an extra layer of cleanliness and helps prevent any contaminants from getting on the nose ring.

5. Hold the straight nose stud between your fingers, making sure the end that will go inside the piercing is clean and free from any sharp edges or burrs.

6. Take a deep breath and gently insert the end of the nose stud into the piercing hole, applying gentle and steady pressure. It's important to be patient and go slowly to avoid causing any pain or discomfort.

7. Slowly push the nose stud through the piercing until the straight part is entirely inside your nostril.

8. Adjust the position: Once the straight part of the nose stud is inside your nostril, you can carefully adjust the visible end to your desired position on the outside of your nose. This may require using a mirror to ensure it looks centered and aligned.

9. Ensure that the length of the nose stud is appropriate for your nose and doesn't cause any discomfort.

10. Clean the area: After inserting the nose stud, use a cotton ball or pad soaked in rubbing alcohol or an antiseptic solution to clean the area around the piercing. This helps remove any bacteria that may have been introduced during the process.
