Where possible, goods are sent by Royal Mail. Some heavier items may require a courier service. Courier services do not cover the UK equally, so may take longer or cost more to get to the more remote areas, eg. N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isles & Islands. If it costs more, buyers may need to pay more for delivery to these locations.
All goods are dispatched ASAP.
In most cases, they will be sent the same day, if
bought and paid for before the dispatch time. In the rare event that there is a problem
preventing your order from being dispatched on time, you will
be notified of the delay.
It is important that your order
reaches you in good condition, so a variety of packing
materials are used to ensure this happens. Depending on the
order, this can include new mailing products such as
bubble-wrap, jiffy packs, cardboard mailers or PVC mailing
bags and also recycled mailing products, such as re-used
cardboard boxes.
Please remember that delivery dates are estimates only. Once the goods are with a 3rd party for delivery to you, there is only so much that any seller can actually do if a problem occurs and that will depend on the delivery service selected. While we do what we can to resolve any rare problems, we hope we can count on your patience and understanding.
When multiple items are
purchased and the combined weight or total value is deemed
high, we may change the delivery option to a courier service,
which will be the same or quicker than your selected delivery
option.
