Why there is white sm-oke when first time use ?

  • The head of the unused plastic welder comes with flux. So it is normal to see smoke when first time use. Suggest setting up a fan and wearing a mask to keep from breathing the burnt plastic smoke. And do it outside if you can.

 

Attention

  • Be wary of the instinct to get a better grip on it, every metal part of this gets very hot and will burn you in a split second.
  • Keep the welder tips clean and clean up oxides in time
  • Put the plastic welder on the iron stand.
  • Our product is only used for welding the bumper gap and repairing, not for welding two broken bumpers.
